Chris is an economist-MBA and an accomplished professional in the environmental services field with over 15 years of experience working in public, private, and international organizations.
Chris has extensive experience in the development of Canadian greenhouse gas policies for the federal government, including three years at the executive management level at Environment and Climate Change Canada. Chris is currently a core consultant for environmental and social policy and project review for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group.

Félix is an engineer-MBA with over 15 years of experience in the environmental and climate change fields providing strategic advisory services for public and private sector clients, including five years at the executive management level at Environment and Climate Change Canada and three years in the private sector as an infrastructure engineer in Africa.
Félix is a recognized expert in Canadian greenhouse gas policy. In 2013, Félix served as Director of Climate Change Negotiations for Canada’s delegation to the UN Conference of the Parties.
